Description

Device for determining the thermal stability of nitrocellulose and other nitro compounds according to the German Method — test at 135 °C.

Scope of delivery

  • Heavy aluminum heating block (24 bores Ø 20.5 ± 0.1 mm, depth 200 mm), PT100 sensor, over-temperature protection, surface insulation plate
  • Programmable PID controller in a separate control box (control accuracy ±0.1 °C, max. 140 °C)
  • 24 test tubes with glass cap (Ø 20 ± 0.2 mm × 350 ± 2 mm)
  • Daylight lamp for detection of nitrous fumes
  • Heavy aluminum heating block with 24 bores
  • Programmable PID control (±0.1 °C)
  • Max. temperature 140 °C
  • Daylight lamp for detection of nitrous fumes
